The Oktoberfest by Maritim Crystals Beach Hotel will be held from Friday 29th Oct to Tuesday 2nd Nov 2021. This All-Inclusive Festival will stretch over 5 days with Monday 1st and Tuesday 2nd November being public holidays.

Oktoberfest will be held at the luxurious All-Inclusive 4-Star Maritim Crystals Beach Hotel found in the beach front of the "azuresque" lagoons and sandy beach of Belle Mare. There's no better place to welcome summer !!!

We all know that beer & food need to be part of Oktoberfest. You'll have them unlimited at the Maritim Crystals Beach Hotel.

We will have Live Music by amazing artists. From belly dance & Bollywood retro music to séga, our Oktoberfest will bear our local colours.

► What are the Room rates at the Oktoberfest?
Room Rates on All-Inclusive basis as follows :
- Double Room as from Rs 9500/ Night ( 2 Adults + up to 2 kids 0-11* years stay free)
- Triple Room as from Rs 14250/ Night (3 Adults, No kids)
- Family Suite as from Rs 19000/ Night (4 persons)
* Above 11 years is counted as "adults".
- Check in time for the room + All Inclusive starts at 15h00.
- Room Check Out time for the room is 11h00 . You stay at the hotel for lunch & other activities. Your All Inclusive package ends at 14h00.
- Dinner will be done in two sittings: First seating between 18h30 and 20h00 and Second seating between 20h00 and 21h30.

- Your All Inclusive starts at 15h00 ( check-in day ) and ends at 14h00 ( check-out day )
- Unlimited Beers ( it's the Oktoberfest baby! ) and a wide range of drinks marked with an asterisk* such as soft drinks, aperitifs, beers, international brand spirits, liquors, whiskies, rums, white wines, rose wines, red wines, sparkling wines, cocktails, mocktails, long drinks and hot beverages.
- Your All Inclusive includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea time snacks and buffet diner.
- Your All Inclusive package includes minibar
- If a Guest is staying for more than 1 night, the Minibar refill process will be as follows:
- 1st Night - Fully stocked upon arrival
- 2nd Night - Upon request
- 3rd Night - Fully restocked
- All guests with any food allergens & dietary restrictions should communicate to the hotel at least one week before arrival.

Superior Room
Those 105 superior rooms of 50 to 55 sqm comprise of a large bathroom which includes a separate bathtub and shower, a wide wardrobe as well as a spacious balcony or terrace.

Configuration: 1 king size bed/+2 extra beds
Junior Suites
Enjoy a perfect holiday in this luxurious and extra spacious suite of 75 sqm providing the ideal setting for a romantic getaway. With colours and contemporary décor inspired by the sugar cane theme, the exclusive Junior Suite offers resort-style living in a tropical atmosphere.
Maximum Occupancy: 4 persons (2 adults and 2 children below 12 years old or 3 adults)
Configuration: 1 King size bed + 1 extra bed
Deluxe Family Suite
With its large living, separated room for children and extensive bathroom with a wide open shower and free-standing bathtub, it offers the perfect family getaway.
Maximum occupancy: 4 persons (2 adults and 2 children below 12 years or 2 adults and 2 teens below 17 years or 4 adults)
Configuration: 1 King size bed + 2 single beds

Our Ti Dodo Kids Club and its qualified hostesses are welcoming your children from 3 to 12 years.
Your children will enjoy a wide array of exciting outdoors and indoors activities. The kids club also offers a dedicated playground and swimming pool as well as many other equipments and games.
Open everyday from 09:00 am and 19:00 pm.
Babysitting services also available (against fee, reservation 24 hours in advance required).
Regulations & Conditions*
Sanitary
- All government-enforced sanitary regulations are applicable at the hotel.
- Wearing masks is compulsory.
- Keep 6 ft distance from each other.
- Diner buffet will be held in two different seatings for proper physical distanciation.
- Temperature control upon arrival at the hotel.
- Self Covid-19 Rapid tests will be available at a token rate at the hotel.
- Entertainment Programs may evolve depending on changes on governmental regulations.
Cancellation
- Cancellation fees of Rs 500 will be applicable for any cancellation up to 7 days before the check-in date.
- No Refund for any cancellation 3 days before the event and for "No Show".
- In case of any cancellation due to Governmental Restrictions, an administrative fee of Rs500 will be applicable per booking and the rest will be refunded or booking postponed upon clients choice.
